Owner/ Chef / Certified Sommelier / USCG 50t merchant mariner. A hospitality veteran of 30+ years. His resume includes tenure as Director of Food & Beverage at The Conrad DC, and as Executive Chef at the Park Hyatt’s Blue Duck Tavern— while at the helm (2017-2019) the DC restaurant was awarded its Michelin star status. Also a USCG 50T captain and a past endeavor as a stunt performer in the Universal Studios live action stunt show WATER WORLD. Troy is the visionary force behind Sea Table and Curated by TPK, dedicated to crafting unforgettable seafaring culinary experiences.

Champagne specialist, Certified Sommelier. Born in Belgium to a Belgian father and Mexican mother, Lieven DeGeyndt's international upbringing shaped his diverse palate and appreciation for global flavors. With a background in nightlife as a DJ in the U.S. and Europe, he ventured into various enterprises, including an EDM retail store, record label, and a prominent events company, Buzz. DeGeyndt later owned renowned D.C. night spots before transitioning to fitness, founding Petworth Fitness. During the pandemic, a passion for sparkling wines and Inspired by the absence of champagne-focused clubs, he launched Sparkle-ist to create a welcoming community for sparkling enthusiasts. Lieven is currently a WSET Level 3, Certified Specialist in Wine and Master of Champagne.

USCG 100t merchant marinier . Captain Happ Radam is a passionate sailor with an extensive background being on the water. Captain Radam has spent the past decade sailing the east coast, cruising, racing, and delivering sailboats. His experience has earned him a 100 ton license by the United States Coast Guard and multiple ASA certificates. When he’s not navigating the water, Happ works as a professional firefighter and paramedic. His diverse background ensures not only a memorable experience, but a safe one as well. Captain Radam is dedicated to sharing his passion for sailing, and looks forward to welcoming you aboard.
